How can I return my order?

Step-by-step return process:

1. Send an email to [email protected]: Click this link to open an email directly and send us a message with the details of your return.
2. Please indicate which items you would like to return: Please send this information by email so we know exactly which items you want to return.
3. Receive a return label: We will ensure you receive a return label via email within one hour.
4. Send your package: Print out the return label, stick it on the package, and include the packing slip you received. Then deliver the package to a pickup point near you.
5. Refund Processing: After we receive your return, we process the refund. This process takes an average of 10 business days. The amount will be refunded to the account you paid with.

What is the cost to return?

A fee of €3.95 is charged for creating a return label. For the exchange you pay no fee. Click here if you want to exchange an item. 

When will I receive my refund?

Has your return been received, reviewed and approved? Then we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days. We will inform you by e-mail.
