How can I exchange article(s)?

Did you buy an item but would like to exchange it for another size? No worries! You can exchange your purchase free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date. Just follow the steps below to do so:

1. Step-by-step exchange process:

   1. Send an email to [email protected]: Click this link to open an email directly and specify which items you want to exchange and for which size.
   2. Receive a return label: We will ensure you receive a return label via email within one hour.
   3. Send your package: Print out the return label, stick it on the package, and include the packing slip you received. Then deliver the package to a pickup point near you.

   4. Receive the right size: Upon receipt of your package, we will send you the desired size.

What is the cost to exchange?

Good news: we don't charge a fee for exchanging an item.

What items can I exchange?  

The following items may be returned:

• Items within 30 days of receipt date;
• Items in unused and saleable condition; 
• Items in original packaging with all cards intact.
