Frequently asked questions about return and exchange policy

We currently only offer FREE returns in The Netherlands.

If you're outside of the Nethetlands you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

How can I return my order free of charge?

  • Click here to return; 
  • Please enter your order number and e-mail address; 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return; 
  • Has your application been approved? Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions. 

Which items can I return?  

The following items can be returned:

  • Items within 14 days of receipt;
  • Items in unused and saleable condition; 
  • Items in original packaging with all tags intact. 

Which items cannot be returned? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Yes, it is possible to exchange one or more items. Through this link you can register your item(s). Follow the steps on our returns page. Has your return been registered? Then we will process your exchange within 2 to 4 working days. 

The article I received is damaged!

Is your item damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In some cases, you do not have to return a damaged article. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported: 

  • Refund via the original payment method;
  • Refund for a voucher. 

When will I receive my refund?

Has your return been received, evaluated and approved? Then we will refund the purchase price within 5 to 7 working days. We will inform you of this by e-mail.
